Valves for mud tank includes Suction Valves and Dump Valves. Size of Mud Tank Valves can be designed and produced for 6", 8", 10", and 12 valves. they are the mud control equipment installed in the inside of mud tanks or water tanks. It is used to import mud or liquid phase and prevent different nature of mud or liquid in both side of mud tank to mix with each other.

The material of Mud Tank Valves  can be common butterfly valves, seamless tube, even stainless steel. Considering the fluids flow pattern, mud tank valves can be customized into T pattern and cross type, the difference is the suction port design. According to the pipeline configuration in mud tanks, there are 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12 valves for users' options. Length of the valves lever customized according to the requirements of customer.

The end face sealing valve plate and rotary lifting mechanism are adopted to realize the same and partition of mud tank bottom pipeline. That is, the clutch of valve plate and sealing seat, mainly composed of valve body, valve stem, handwheel, lifting rod, valve plate, bearings and other components.

Rotating hand wheel drives the lead screw, making the stem produce up and down movement, and then drive the valve plate to produce lifting effect, so as to realize the clutch of the mud tank suction valve plate and the sealing seat, complete the valve body opening and closing action.
